  • Maintain and calibrate hydrographic equipment and sensors.

  • Ensure correct use of survey equipment and software; promptly report issues to technical leads.

  • Support vessel masters in upholding safety standards during operations.

  • Manage mobilisation/demobilisation processes, including equipment checks and data transfers.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to address technical questions and requirements.

  • Assist the Hydrographic Survey Manager in delivering projects on time and within budget.

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of hydrographic strategies for current and upcoming projects.

  • Monitor and report on project milestones, risks, and technical challenges.

Day-to-Day Duties May Include:

  • Conducting equipment calibrations and verifications during vessel mobilisation.

  • Acquiring, processing, and QA of hydrographic survey data.

  • Attending client and site meetings as needed.

  • Maintaining project timelines and updates using tools like ASANA.

  • Identifying and addressing risks to project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proficient with industry-standard equipment and software including GNSS, MRU, Multibeam Echosounders, and Sidescan Sonars.

  • Strong communication skills, both internally within teams and externally with clients and stakeholders.

  • Ability to work offshore for extended periods and as part of a technical team.

Additional Responsibilities May Include:
