To be the agency of choice for clients and contractors, through efficiency, quality, integrity, transparency and education.
To nurture our relationships by sharing our knowledge with contractors and survey companies alike, gained through decades of cumulative industry experience.
Successful companies can find themselves pushing their staff hard during peak workloads. The need for freelance personnel is tempered though, by uncertainty around unknown contractors joining their team. CMSourcing has grown year on year, throughout the industry downturn, by establishing confidence with its clients. The company is an alliance of experienced contractors that has grown through personal knowledge of each other’s skills or through respected introduction. The company does not take on ‘numbers’ through unsolicited CVs and it does not employ ‘Recruitment Specialists’ to handle your enquiry. When you contact the company, you will speak to a Director who, with an extensive background in the industry, can understand your requirements and ensure that you get the right personnel for your project.
