  • If you choose to take a contract through us, we will collect your payment information

We use the information collected to operate, maintain, enhance and provide you with our services. This includes providing additional information if requested, support with our services and assisting us in responding to any comments or questions raised.

Client data is processed solely by the directions provided by the applicable client or user.

We may use a visitor or user email address or other information for administrative purposes such as customer service, to address intellectual property infringement, right of privacy violations or defamation issues related to client data or personal data posted on the service, or to update you on opportunities relating to services offered by us.

We do not send promotional emails; however, we may send you service-related emails. You can opt out of receiving these communications by emailing info@cmsourcing.co.uk.

Our use of your information is permitted by data protection law for the following reasons:

  • For the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party to.
  • To take steps at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract.
  • It is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject.

We will not rent or sell your personal information. We may store personal information in locations outside of the direct control of CMSourcing.

If you make any personally identifiable information available via comments or photos on our site or social media, copies may remain available in cached/archived pages, or other users may copy or save it.

Our website and App are managed by a third party. They will only have access to your personal information that is required to perform their functions and they are not permitted to use it for any other purposes. They are subject to contractual confidentiality obligations.

We may on occasion use an outside help platform. This company does not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes.

If we are under a legal obligation to do so we may share your personal information with government/law enforcement authorities.

  1. STORAGE, PROCESSING & PROTECTION

The information collected from you will be stored and processed in the United Kingdom. Information, including personal information, will be transferred to our clients across the world, subject to it being relevant and of interest should a job be offered.

No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

  1. ACCESS, CORRECTION, DELETION

When requested and where possible we will provide you with access to the personal data you provided to us. You may also have the right to request portability of your personal information.

Any corrections to your personal information will be made in a reasonable time. We may retain all information you supplied, for backup, archiving, prevention of fraud and abuse, analytics, legal obligations, or where we reasonably believe that we have a legitimate reason to do so.

You may at any time request that your personal information be deleted. We will assess your request and where the law determines that your request must be granted, we will do so without undue delay.

We retain the personal data collected from the user for as long as the user is actively using our services, or otherwise asked to remove the data from our database.

Legal transactions between the client and CM Sourcing Limited will be retained for a minimum of 10 years.

The management of the client data is subject to the client’s privacy policy and a request for access, correction or deletion should be made to the client.
