In the 18th Century, press gangs roamed the streets looking for ‘volunteers’ to serve in the Kings Navy. Legend has it, once all the actual volunteers were enlisted, an easy way to bolster numbers was to go drinking with likely men and slip the shilling in their pocket. When he woke the next day, there was an entire gang backing up the story that you’d enlisted whilst drunk. You’re off to sea!

Now, fast forward to 2025. We can’t press gang you! So we’ve thought of a more novel way to get you onboard with us. Those that come to us rarely leave, that’s down to who we are, how we treat you and the service we provide. But in a world of ever-increasing choice and competition, we want something unique to bring you onboard. Some things won’t change though, we’ll still drink with you if the opportunity arises!

    1. Immediate payment is valid upon acceptance, by the CMSourcing finance team, of an accurate and signed time sheet. Payment will be made the next working day. Only applicable on one invoice, it must be the next sequential invoice due.
    2. Reduced commission will be applied to the next contract you form with CMSourcing only. The reduced commission will be £50 per day, reduced from the standard £70 per day and will cover the duration of the one contract. The difference will be added to your billable day rate. This is valid once only.
    3. Airport lounge access, a ‘Priority Pass’ will be distributed and useable by the named person only when you sign your next contract with CMSourcing. This annual pass will give you access to over 1,700 airport experiences, in over 145 countries. See Priority Pass for full details of what the silver membership encompasses.
    4. To redeem you must be a registered contractor with CMSourcing and be on contract through CMSourcing.
    5. If we cannot place you or you choose not to take up a contract with us within 90 days of registering your possession of the coin we will request that the coin is returned to the Taunton office (CMSourcing, Victoria House, Victoria Street, TA1 3FA) or immediately passed to another contractor.
    6. Only one reward per transaction.
    7. Reward will be issued only upon registration of the coin by a new holder who has been confirmed not to have held it before.
